The London will exchange retail items that are returned to us within 14 days from the confirmed delivery to the client. Items are to be returned for exchange or credit only. No refunds will be provided for returned products.
To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in the original condition and packaging (unused/unopened ). Returned items must have the original or copy of the purchase receipt.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged. Intimate items such as jewelry and deodorant can not be returned.
Return shipping charges are paid for by the customer. The London is not responsible for any delays that may occur when shipping an item back for exchange. Tip: Always keep the shipping confirmation until your exchange has been fully processed.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and a photo of the product with the defect. Exchanges and defects will be shipped back to The London.
