The London will exchange retail items that are returned to us within 14 days from the confirmed delivery to the client. Items are to be returned for exchange or credit only. No refunds will be provided for returned products.
Return shipping charges are paid for by the customer. The London is not responsible for any delays that may occur when shipping an item back for exchange.
Tip: Always keep the shipping confirmation until your exchange has been fully processed.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at
email@example.com with details and a photo of the product with the defect. Exchanges and defects will be shipped back to The London.

Once we receive and fully examine the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the item is deemed defective, we will ship you a new replacement. Shipping charges for an exchanged item will be paid for by the customer.
